A Schedule of Ashtanga Yoga Retreats, Workshops and Events led by Clayton Horton
The usual yoga course runs for 2 weeks and offers 6 morning yoga classes and 4 afternoon weekly classes of various content, according to the teacher and session. It is most beneficial for students to take the full 2-week yoga course; if life schedules do not permit this, we take one week bookings for the first week only.
All levels of Ashtanga yoga practitioners welcome, but no complete beginners.

Start off the new year with a Yoga Retreat away from the bustle of the city. Combining Ashtanga yoga practice with a diet of raw food, this program is set up for deep cleanse and release. It also offers more than your average yoga getaway: supporting your practice are additional activities to enhance your inner journey, such as Inner Dance session, a visit to Maia Earth Village, and picnic at Nagtabon Beach.
